This spacious and luxurious 3/4-piece apartment is located on the 6th floor and can be reached with the elevator directly from the parking in the basement. Luckily, the lower buildings in the neighbourhood allow you to enjoy a pleasant view over the green hills in the West - something that is very rare in this area.

Spread over 92m² of space, the rooms, the kitchen and the bath give you enough freedom for real relaxation and enjoyment. The light and modern furniture as well as the grey marble floor point out the exclusiveness of this apartment.

The living area consists of three rooms which merge into each other. The room at the back can be separated by a door and hence be used for working and reading. In the two other rooms you find comfortable sofas and chairs as well, a 42" Loewe designer flatscreen TV (sorry, no SKY at this point) and an internet-radio.

The sleeping room is directed to the quiet back yard and is equipped with a spacious 180 x 200 cm king-size-bed. In the big wardrobe you will find enough space to store your clothing.

The kitchen is fully equipped with individual fridge and freezer, dish-washer, 4 zone induction hob, oven, kettle and Nespresso coffee-machine. Needless to say that the kitchen is more than sufficiently furnished with plates, cutlery and wine-/ beer-/ softdrink-glasses so that you and your guests can enjoy "la cuisine Niçoise" or just a little snack in your apartment.

A modern 8kg-washing machine is available in a separate room.

As if this is not enough, the apartment has a huge 45m² terrace, which can be accessed from every living room, and an additional small balcony on the back which both underpin the sunny and airy ambiance of the apartment.

Since the terrace is on the West, you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening and, if you are lucky, watch the fabulous Niçoise sunset. Although not as big as the terrace, the balcony on the back could be used for breakfast (enjoy the morning sun). You could also get your breakfast in the "Hotel Splendid" around the block and then use their gym and/or swimming pool... just ask for the fees, but it's said to be worth it!

You will not find air-condition in this apartment - due to the building's orientation the hot Mediterranean sun is not able to heat up the apartment too much, and you can always enjoy a natural cool summer breeze by opening the large windows on the opposite sides. Please note that the apartment is situated in a quiet area usually allowing to have the windows opened while sleeping.

The apartment is equipped with free highspeed internet access (LAN via powerline adapter).

Furthermore, telephone access is included in the rent with calls to French and European/UK landline numbers being free. Calls to mobile and special numbers will be billed separately (prices will be displayed in the apartment's information booklet).

A lockable garage in the basement is available. Please note the maximum suitable height of 1.80m for the car.
